◆千葉大学におけるGrammarly EDUについて / Grammarly EDU for Chiba University
千葉大学では、2018年9月より英文ライティングチェックツールGrammarly EDU（Grammarlyの有料版）の利用権を購入しています。
Grammarlyとは、英作文や英語の論文における文法、スペリング、語彙の適切さ、剽窃等を自動でチェックしてくれるオンラインツールです。利用を希望される方は、下記の登録方法に従って登録のうえご使用ください。
Chiba University has introduced Grammarly EDU since September 2018.
Grammarly is an online writing assistance tool that automatically checks English essays and papers for grammar, spelling, vocabulary appropriateness and plagiarism. If you want to use Grammarly, please follow the instructions below to sign up.

Q1. 登録可能なメールアドレスを教えてください。What kind of email addresses are available for sign-up?
A1. 千葉大学のGrammarly EDUを利用できるメールアドレスは、千葉大学のGoogle Workspaceアカウント(@student.gs.chiba-u.jp, @faculty.gs.chiba-u.jp, @office.gs.chiba-u.jp)のみです。
Only the Chiba University Google Workspace accounts (@student.gs.chiba-u.jp, @faculty.gs.chiba-u.jp, @office.gs.chiba-u.jp) can be registered for the Grammarly EDU for Chiba University.
Q2. 氏名の変更できますか？Can I change my registered name on Grammarly EDU for Chiba University?
A2. Grammarly EDUに登録されている氏名は、千葉大学Google Workspaceアカウントと同様となります。
学生の方は、氏名を変更することはできません。教職員の方はこちらを参照してください。
The registered name on Grammarly EDU is the same as the Chiba University Google Workspace account.
Students cannot change their names on Chiba University Google Workspace. For faculties and staff members, please check here.
Q3. パスワードは変更できますか？Can I change my password?
A3. Grammarly EDUのパスワードは、千葉大学Google Workspaceアカウントと同様となります。
Grammarly EDUのパスワードを変更するためには、千葉大学Google Workspaceアカウント(account.google.com)にアクセス後、[個人情報]をクリックし、パスワードを変更してください。
The password on Grammarly EDU is the same as the one used for the Chiba University Google Workspace account.
To change the Grammarly EDU for Chiba University's password, please access [Account](account.google.com) on Google, click [Personal Infor], and change your password.
Q4. メールアドレスの変更はできますか？Can I change my e-mail address?
A4. Grammarly EDUに登録されている限り、メールアドレスの変更はできません。メールアドレスを変更したい場合は、アカウント登録に従い再登録してください。（内部進学や身分変更の場合を含む。）
You cannot change your email address as long as you are registered with the Grammarly EDU. To change your email address, re-sign up using your new email address. (This includes status changes from undergraduate to graduate student or faculty to part-time lecturer.)
Q5. 内部進学しました／教員から非常勤講師へ身分を変更しましたが、引き続きGrammarly EDUを利用できますか？
My status has changed (e.g. from undergraduate to master student, master to doctoral student or faculty to part-time lecturer). Can I still use Grammarly EDU for Chiba University?
A5. 進学／身分変更後は千葉大学Google Workspaceアカウントが変更になるため、新しい千葉大学Google WorkspaceアカウントでGrammarly EDUに再登録してください。進学／身分変更前のアカウントは、一定期間後に無料版へ切り替えられます。
Please re-register for Grammarly EDU for Chiba University with your new Chiba University Google Workspace account (New student ID@student.gs.chiba-u.jp), as your Chiba University Google Workspace account will change after entering your master's or doctoral course/ change your status. Your old account will be switched to the free version after a certain period.
Q6. 千葉大学のGoogle Workspaceアカウントで登録をしましたが、千葉大学のGrammarly EDUを利用できません。
I signed up with my Chiba University Google Workspace account but cannot use the Grammarly EDU.
A6. 1度ログアウトし、下記URLから再度ログインをお試しください。

この方法でも解決しない場合は、Grammarlyのヘルプセンターへ直接お問い合わせください。ヘルプセンターへの問合せ方法は、ユーザーガイドを確認してください。

Q7. すでに無料版のアカウントを持っていますが、千葉大学のGrammarly EDUへ切り替えることはできますか？
I already have a free account. Can I switch my account to the Grammarly EDU version?
A7. 登録されているメールアドレスが千葉大学のGoogle Workspaceアカウント(@student.gs.chiba-u.jp, @faculty.gs.chiba-u.jp, @office.gs.chiba-u.jp)であるか確認してください。
千葉大学のGoogle Workspaceアカウントが登録されていない場合は、My Grammarly>AccountのProfileページから、メールアドレス横にある[Update]をクリックし、メールアドレスを変更してください。その後1度ログアウトし、下記URLからログインすることで、Grammarly EDUを利用できるようになります。

Please ensure that your registered email address is your Chiba University Google Workspace account (@student.gs.chiba-u.jp, @faculty.gs.chiba-u.jp, @office.gs.chiba-u.jp).
If your registered email address is not your Chiba University Google Workspace account, please go to the Profile page (My Grammarly>Account) and change your email address by clicking [Update] next to your email address. After that, log out once, and you can use the Grammarly EDU for Chiba University by logging in using the URL below.
Q8. 千葉大学を卒業・修了・退職しますが、引き続き千葉大学のGrammarly EDUを利用できますか？
I have graduated/completed/retired from Chiba University. Can I continue to use the Grammarly EDU for Chiba University?
A8. 千葉大学を卒業・修了・退職等により離籍された方は、千葉大学のGrammarly EDUを利用できません。千葉大学に在籍中の学生・教職員のみが利用可能です。
You cannot use the Grammarly EDU after graduating/completing/retiring from Chiba University. Only current Chiba University students, faculties and staffs can use the Grammarly EDU for Chiba University.
Q9. 千葉大学のGoogle Workspaceアカウントがわかりません。I cannot find my Chiba University Google Workspace account.
A9. 学生の方は所属している学部・大学院の学務係までお問合せください。教職員の方は所属の総務／学務担当（係）経由でスマートオフィスまでお問い合わせください。

I do not have a Chiba University Google Workspace account. Can I use the Grammarly EDU?
A10. 学務担当者以外の事務職員等でGrammarly EDUを利用したい場合は、所属の総務／学務担当（係）経由でスマートオフィスまでお問い合わせください。
